What is Tailored?

Tailored Implementation includes a range of personalised services to ensure a smooth and successful deployment.

A dedicated Project Manager is assigned for the implementation of 3 or more modules.
Our Project Management Service includes:

  • A dedicated ELMO point of contact for project delivery
  • Provision of a project flight plan during the initiation phase
  • ELMO project team resourcing and capacity management 
  • Monthly Project Status meetings and ad hoc meetings as needed
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress
  • Support for the Customer Project Manager on issue handling, risk assessment, and change control management
Additionally, a Professional Services Consultant is available for 12 weeks from the module kick-off date – typical engagements are weekly

What Does This Look Like?

Tailored configuration includes consultation with the Professional Services Consultant. As standard, your contract will include:

  • General Admin and Foundational setup is commenced by the ELMO Activate team. Refer to what is included in the Activate Journey here.
  • Upon completion of your Foundational setup, our Tailored service gives you access to your ELMO Project Manager and the ELMO Professional Services Consultant.
  • The ELMO Project Manager will work with you to create a project flight plan and discuss project timelines.
  • You will then work with the ELMO Professional Services Consultants to configure and launch the ELMO HR modules as per what has been agreed upon in the flight plan.
