Two steps – Activate and then Best Practice
All implementations begin with an Activate phase as a crucial first step. Then you will maximise your return on investment and ensure long-term success through a ‘Best Practice’ approach. By following both the ‘Activate’ and ‘Best Practice’ guidelines, you’ll be well on your way to achieving your business goals with ELMO. Remember, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

- Access to training in the general administration of your system
- Customisation of your ELMO solution
- Guidance on user account management
- Guidance on unlocking the power of ELMO custom reports
Delivery Approach – Hire to Admire
Our best-practice implementation delivery approach is structured around the employee lifecycle, emphasising the key activities typically undertaken at each stage of an employee’s journey, from Hire to Admire, ie Recruit to Excel. This streamlined, linear approach is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of your ELMO Talent Management System in a condensed timeframe while empowering you to confidently launch the system within your organisation, ensuring a successful return on investment (ROI).
Lifecycle Phases
As you advance through the employee life cycle, you will dedicate one day to each configuration class, where you will configure the corresponding modules with the guidance of our ELMO consultants, who will be leading the sessions.
Phase Configuration
Best Practice customers can aim for a HR system launch in as little as 6 weeks from the date of kick-off (Not inclusive of Pay family products and/or Technical Projects) if the required information, processes and resources are available. Launch is followed by two weeks of Hypercare (with an available upgrade to ELMO Adopt for additional implementation support from your dedicated Implementation Consultant (IC).

- CONFIDENCE TO GO BEYOND BEST-PRACTICE – Have the confidence to launch with the flexibility to have regular catch-ups with your consultant beyond the standard implementation period
