 Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM AEST
    (Excluding NSW and national public holidays)

Ongoing Support

Transitioning from Implementation

As your implementation nears completion, your dedicated Implementation Consultant will guide you through the transition to our ongoing support services. This includes:

  • A handover session to introduce you to the support team
  • Guidance on how to effectively use the Help Centre and submit support tickets
  • Information on upcoming webinars and training opportunities to continue enhancing your ELMO expertise

Our goal is to ensure a seamless transition, providing you with continuous support as you move from implementation to fully leveraging your ELMO solution

Post-Implementation Assistance

Our help desk assists you by:

  • Clarifying software features and functionality
  • Investigating reported issues and identifying root causes
  • Supporting nominated administrators with user errors and software knowledge
  • Escalating service incidents to the development team when necessary
