You can customise sections to include checkpoints, questions and feedback, using either pre-defined templates or set your own requirements from scratch.

Performance leverages integrations with other ELMO modules, including Learning, for development plans, Reward and Recognition, to ensure that peer-to-peer feedback is captured during reviews, and Succession, so that performance data can be used to structure succession conversations.
