User Management

  • Onboard new users seamlessly with self-service sign-ups and clear permissions.
  • Manage access and assign roles effectively to maintain appropriate visibility.
  • Maintain user profiles and positions to keep the directory up to date.

Organisational Structure

  • Curate the Positions Library by updating position descriptions as roles evolve.
  • Maintain Departments and Locations Libraries to reflect your current structure.

Security Profiles

  • Create and delete profiles as needed to provide the right system access.
  • Assign users to appropriate security levels based on their responsibilities.

HR Module Management

  • Fine-tune baseline configurations to match your processes and requirements.
  • Assign module elements to end users so they can manage their own data.

Reporting Expertise

  • Craft custom reports to extract insights tailored to your business needs.
  • Share and schedule reports strategically to provide value to stakeholders.
  • Curate the Analytics dashboard to highlight key trends and metrics.
  • Guide end users by addressing general system queries and how-to’s.
