ELMO acquires Pivot Software!

ELMO Software Limited is pleased to announce the acquisition of Pivot Software, a leading provider of remuneration software in Australia and New Zealand.

Today, approximately 80% of companies across Australia and New Zealand use inefficient spreadsheets and antiquated methods to manage remuneration management processes such as salaries, bonuses, complex short-term incentives (STI) and complex long-term incentives (LTI). Following this acquisition, ELMO will now be able to provide our customers with an automated solution to manage remuneration issues, relieving HR administrators of complex and time-intensive tasks. ELMO plans to offer a dedicated remuneration module which provides high-quality reporting within a single integrated platform. Remuneration is highly complementary to our existing Performance and Rewards modules, all accessible from one vendor, one dashboard, and one user experience.
