From launch readiness to ongoing support
Understand how we work alongside your team through user acceptance testing, launch readiness and rollout, then continue supporting you through hypercare, optimisation and ongoing Support.
Launch and support
With the foundation configured, your team tests real scenarios and sees the solution in action. ELMO helps close agreed feedback and gets you ready to roll out, with hypercare and optimisation to support adoption. Launch ready means the agreed foundation is ready for rollout; your team decides when employees go live.
Test and launch
User acceptance testing (UAT) gives your team the opportunity to test your ELMO setup using best practice scenarios:
During testing, your team will:
- Involve people who understand your day-to-day business processes.
- Test your ELMO setup using realistic scenarios within the agreed scope.
- Confirm that the required data and access are available.
- Clearly record any questions, issues and feedback.
- Try the agreed changes again to make sure they work as expected.
- Confirm whether the foundation is ready for rollout.
ELMO will guide you through the process, respond to agreed gaps and support any further testing. Your team knows your business best, so you confirm that the solution meets your needs and that your organisation is ready to launch.

Launch readiness means the agreed foundation has been configured, tested and is ready for you to roll out. It is not the same as every employee being live or every future requirement being complete.
What needs to be true before launch
Before making the rollout decision your team will:
- Involve people who understand your day-to-day business processes.
- Test your ELMO setup using realistic scenarios within the agreed scope.
- Confirm that the required data and access are available.
- Clearly record any questions, issues and feedback.
- Try the agreed changes again to make sure they work as expected. Before deciding to go live, make sure:
- Your ELMO setup is complete for the agreed scope.
- The required data and access are available.
- Your nominated testers have completed testing.
- Any important issues are understood and have an agreed next step.
- The people responsible for supporting go-live have been identified.
- Internal communications, training and plans to help people get started are ready.
Hypercare and optimisation
Once the product reaches launch readiness your team receives an agreed period of hypercare and optimisation support. Our optimisation sessions help you build confidence and refine standard workflows to help you get the most out of your implementation. During hypercare, your team can raise early-use questions, refine agreed workflows and strengthen adoption.
