PANEL DISCUSSION: Shaping the Workplace of Tomorrow – Preparing Australia’s Workforce for the Future

ELMO Software and Australian think-tank the McKell Institute held a virtual panel discussion to explore the future of work and what challenges lay ahead for legislators and businesses alike. 

The panel discussion explored:

• The arrival of the ‘Great Reshuffle’ and what that means for Australian employers and the economy
• The importance of economic security on worker wellbeing 
• How to manage the skills shortage 

This virtual event draws insights from the ELMO Employee Sentiment Index, which has delivered unprecedented insights and data into the attitudes, actions and behaviours of Australian workers. For instance, the Employee Sentiment Index revealed that 45 per cent of workers are feeling burnt-out and 43 per cent of workers plan to search for a new job in 2022.
