For Employees
You can reset your password by selecting the ‘Forgot Password’ option from your ELMO login page. If your team uses SSO, you can contact your HR or Administrator team.
Once logged into your ELMO site, you can change your account details from the ‘Profile’ tab in the left navigation bar and then select Action > Edit.
Only registered company administrators for each client can access the Help Centre. If you’re not a registered administrator, please contact your company’s admin or HR team for assistance.
If you are not a company admin, please contact the designated admin or HR team within your company for support, and they will reach out to us if needed.
You can access end-user training material and guides from your ELMO site through the information pop-up in the bottom right of your screen.

If you are a company admin and require access to the Help Centre, please contact your Account Manager who can submit this request to our Support Team after verifying the request.
Yes, your company can designate multiple administrators. Each admin must be individually registered and verified to access the help centre.
Yes, the registered company admins can request changes to the designated admins for the help centre by contacting our support team and providing the necessary authorisation.
If you do not have access to a registered company admin account or an existing account in our Help Centre, please contact your Account Manager.

Registered admins can submit support tickets directly through our help centre portal by clicking “Submit a Request.” Ensure you include all relevant details about your query or issue.
Please include a detailed description of the issue, any relevant screenshots, steps to reproduce the problem, and urgency. The more information you provide, the quicker we can assist.
You can track the status of your submitted support tickets by logging into the help centre and visiting the “Requests” section from the top right drop-down, where you can view ticket updates.
