How Australian Employees Really Feel About Work, Wellbeing and AI

One in seven Australian employees, equivalent to around 1.5 million workers, would now turn to AI for help before asking a manager or colleague. Based on a survey of 1,068 Australian workers, the latest ELMO Employee Sentiment Index reveals a workforce adopting AI quickly, while confidence, guidance and skills support struggle to keep pace.
