HRD is proud to announce the top performers in the HR vendor landscape who have been recognised in the fourth annual Service Provider Awards. The entries included an overview of business or product, insight into point of difference in the industry, statistics around market share and growth over the past 12 months. The submissions were reviewed by a panel of judges with the top three in each category awarded gold, silver and bronze respectively.

The Stevie Awards recognise the world’s best employers, as well as the HR professionals, teams, achievements and HR-related products and suppliers who contribute to the creation of great workplaces. The Judges praised several key elements of ELMO’s operations, ranging from the response to COVID-19, through to HR’s impact on retention and diversity results, and also the company’s commitment to professional development and employee wellbeing.

To be eligible for entry into the Fast 100, a business must have started trading on or before July 1, 2015 and have had turnover greater than $500,000 in 2015–2016. They must provide four full years of revenue data and are ranked according to the compound annual growth rate achieved over that period.

The new S&P/ASX All Technology Index (XTX) provides direct access to ASX’s fastest growing sector in a single index. Australia’s leading and emerging technology companies across a range of sectors, the All Tech Index sets a new standard for the benchmarking of technology companies. There are 46 constituents across a range of GICS codes, ensuring the Index is representative of ASX companies engaged in the technology sector.

The award recognises a Best Practice client that is regarded as the benchmark of information security that other organisations should strive to emulate. ELMO was nominated for the award because of its strong engagement across all parts of the business on information security and the commitment to information security management from the Executive and Leadership teams.

Fast 100 companies are ranked according to their annual average growth rate across each of the periods they provide data for. We will calculate the annual growth between (financial years) 2015 & 2016, 2016 & 2017 and 2017 & 2018, and calculate the average of those three annual growth rates.

This highly competitive category requires businesses to be continually innovating within the field, providing new services and meeting the ever-evolving needs of the HR industry. ELMO was recognised for being at the forefront of providing innovative HR solutions for the digital age in the Australian and New Zealand market. Submissions were vetted and voted upon by an independent panel of seven judges, comprising senior HR professionals from a range of industries.

The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 program ranks fast growing technology companies, public or private, based on percentage revenue growth over three years and includes all related industry sectors – communications, media, software, hardware, life sciences and healthcare, and clean energy.
Winners are recognised by the technology and financial industry as being forward thinking and innovative technology companies. There are three nomination categories: Technology Fast 50, Rising Star, and Leadership.

The Anthill Cool Company Awards celebrates Australian organisations that challenge the status quo and acknowledges champion leaders of innovation and entrepreneurship. The Big Kahuna award recognises larger companies that have 50 or more employees and looks at various initiatives it has in place to promote a cohesive workforce, sustainable business practices, and the power of its brand.

This award will go to the best web-based software based outside of the United States. Services with innovative customisation, or which solve a universal problem, will be considered favourably.
