ELMO began as a Learning Management System designed to streamline and digitise the world of e-Learning. Now it’s an end-to-end HR technology platform that automates the entire employee lifecycle.

Reconciliation Action Plan

ELMO Software acknowledges Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Australians and the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia. We pay our respects to Elders past and present as early innovators and acknowledge their significant contributions to science and technology throughout land, water and culture.

ELMO Software is committed to Australia’s reconciliation through our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This plan outlines how we will build relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and increase cultural understanding to create a strong base for future action and supporting initiatives that promote positive outcomes for First Nations communities.
