The Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ) is the professional organisation for those who are interested in or involved in human resource management and development of people. HRINZ represents the interests of 3350+ individual members, who comprise around 45% of the known New Zealand HR market. HRINZ members include those working in private and public sector organisations, as well as students and academics.
Feedback from HRINZ members indicated that they wanted to be able to undertake training remotely, anytime, anywhere, on any device. Facing compliance training for new workplace health and safety Legislation, CEO Chris Till knew the time was right to introduce e-learning.
HRINZ chose ELMO’s Learning Management System.
Till says the introduction of ELMO has had a “huge impact” in terms of HRINZ’s members taking up training, and has had the added benefit of HRINZ being able to ensure compliance training on new health and safety Legislation across the whole of the organisation.
