Flare Benefits gives your employees access to perks and discounts from leading retailers such as Woolworths, Amazon and Apple.

Flare Benefits is free for all ELMO customers in Australia. It is included in your ELMO license at no extra charge.

Yes, Benefits will appear in the navigation bar for you and your employees the week of 26 June 2023. This will only apply to customers with an ELMO URL ending in “.com.au”. If you have any concerns, please contact your Account Manager.

When an authenticated ELMO user clicks any links directing to the Flare Benefits & Discounts platform, Flare will collect basic profile information (first name, last name, company email address) to provision a unique account in the Benefits portal.

If an employee chooses to transact on the Benefits platform, Flare will request additional employee information, which may include mobile number, personal email address, postal address and credit card (excluding CVV).

Flare handles personal information under collection notices and the Flare Privacy Policy as outlined on the Flare website.
